...where the Island Lifestyle is slower paced, the turquoise waters are magical, the steel drums can be heard at a local bar, and the seafood is plenty.

The Florida Keys is a DESTINATION unique in so many ways.  The intricacies of the REAL ESTATE MARKET here being no exception.  Do you know about the species focus list? Conservation easements? Hammocks? ROGO?   The Florida Keys have remained beautiful for a reason - protection for our environment is broad.  There are things you should know when buying OR selling that only local realtors deal with daily.  Living LOCAL and being able to take clients every step of the way in the buying, selling, and renting arenas of real estate is what I do.   To keep my finger on the pulse of what's happening in the Keys real estate world, I attend BOCC meetings, have involvement on the Florida Keys Board of Realtors as a Director, an MLS committee member, and the YPN chair.  Ultimately, I do all of these things as my dedication to being better for my clients.
